Golden Wildebeest
Golden Wildebeest
Description
The Golden Wildebeest is a rare variation/mutation in colour from the Blue Wildebeest. These beautiful antelope have a specific golden colour, often with dark brown vertical stripes across the chest. They are strong and muscular with a golden beard and mane and round, curved horns and pointed ears. Both sexes carry horns and are of similar size and colour, thus making it difficult to distinguish the bulls from the cows. Shoulder height 135 - 150cm.
